help clearing clipboard, copy & paste for roll call

Boy am I frustrated & need help please.    I'm the keeper of the list on our roll call & I"m unable to copy & paste the update.  I've been trying for days, but all I can paste is an old link from a previous update.  I've cleared my clipboard on this site & on my laptop numerous times, I've logged in & out, shut down my computer....  I'm at my wits end here & feeling badly as I should have completed an update by now.  Any help/advice would be appreciated.   This started happening around December 30th.

I should add, I was able to post, but I had to remove the link to a google spreadsheet that another member kindly created,   with the link included, it would only post the link over & over, not sure why this started happening as I've been including the link in updates for months now.

You need to use cntrl-a to select all and cntrl-c to paste the text from the doc
