cruise saint Posted January 15, 2019 #1 Share Posted January 15, 2019 We are going to the Fjords in April on Britannia and we are taking the Mother-in-law for her first ever cruise. As we are going to Flam we would like to book this excursion as soon as it becomes available on the personaliser. As we have only ever cruised as a couple pre-booking excursions has been very simple. What I would like to know is whether I can book 3 tickets on my personaliser or will I have to book Mum's one her own personaliser. If the latter is the case, how can I ensure that Mum is on the same excursion as us (same coach etc)?
tartanexile81 Posted January 15, 2019 #2 Share Posted January 15, 2019 It won't be a problem to book separately because you'll get on the same coach if you turn up at the same time to book in for the tour on the day of the coach. The shore excursion staff will give you a sticky number and that's your coach.
Big Foot Posted January 15, 2019 #3 Share Posted January 15, 2019 Hello, You will need to book your MIL's ticket via her own cruise personaliser. However, please don't worry as when I take my Parents on a cruise with us my Mum panics over the same thing. I always have to book their tickets separately & we always take our excursions as a group of 4 without any issues whatsoever. As previously posted as long as you all arrive together at the scheduled meeting point you will be allocated the same tour / coach etc. Enjoy.
