Vectorboy Posted February 5, 2019 #1 Share Posted February 5, 2019 I sent in a request a few days ago for my "Shareholder Benefit" (not my first experience) and have yet to receive a response. Normally one gets the auto reply saying that your request will be dealt with in the order it was received. Nothing. Any idea? Anyone with a similar experience? Orator Posted February 5, 2019 #2 Share Posted February 5, 2019 I've only received an instant response one time. Usually it takes a day or two to receive a response. There have been times when I had to send multiple requests to get a response.
