Qnon refundable deposits

Hi

can anyone tell me if its poss to get initial dep refunded or in credit if we have to cancel due to one of our party being under the dr for illness or is it lost?

not sailing til sept but have to pay may so not much lee way to get better,looking likely cancelling

Very unlikely RCI will allow any refund, but maybe a good sob story combined with a forgiving CSR might allow to move the sailing to some other date without penalty.
