Random Invoices emailed

I got an email from Royal that says confirmation with my invoice attached.  I haven’t made any changes and my reservation is paid in full and the invoice doesn’t seem to show any changes. Is it anything that I should concerned about it or is it most likely a fluke with the Royal system?

I always get at least 5 versions after I have booked, and made no changes.  I think it makes them happy 🙂  The only thing I would say is that on one cruise, the 3rd invoice suddenly removed OBC I had - but a quick phone call soon put it right - but now each time I get an invoice I check it very very carefully.  So no, nothing to worry about normally

I have received 3 emails this week containing my cruise invoice.  Has this happened to anyone else?

 

I just think it’s odd that I keep getting them.

I have gotten 5 or 6 invoice emails in the last 2 weeks.  They seem to come right after I visit the cruiseplanner, even if I don’t do anything,

Happy I’m not the only one.  I was a little worried. Even though when I checked nothing had changed.  I was starting to think someone was messing with our reservation. Lol

Just to weigh in that I got three the last time I called to ask a question, one while I was still on the phone. Nothing had changed.

I’ve noticed a correlation between cancelling and rebooking drinks, meals, etc.  I thought it was odd, in that drinks, meals, excursions don’t appear on your invoice, but the timing was very interesting.

I got 3 new ones today without doing any of that stuff.

Yes same here.  Happened just the other day.
