Boarding is different than checking in.  For checking in, there are people roaming with ipads as well as check in counters.  We arrive early and haven't had to wait to check in, but for boarding, we've been in a JS so sit with the suites which board first.

Our first time on Anthem, we used a roaming person.  This last time in Oct, we went to a counter and it went fast but we were there by 10.  We did have to wait to board until about 11, so saving time at check in really made no difference.  It all flows pretty smoothly there.

yup I AGREE.  boarding by C/A doesn't matter much.

And don't use the roaming folks.  Go thru security and then to one of the agents. Ya get to lean on the counter and ask as many questions as possible.

Using roaming folks allows for others to walk up and interfere.
