Voom Surf Package question

I'm sure this is a dumb question, and I've searched but can't find the answer. Is the internet package you purchase available anywhere you wander on the ship? In other words, you don't have to be in your cabin to use it do you?  Is the connection stronger in one area of the ship compared to others?  Thanks.

The WiFi is all over the ship.  There may be areas with better coverage, but to my knowledge, there are no hard and fast fleetwide rules for the good/bad coverage areas.

Haven't used it yet, but I heard that your connection/speed will also be impacted by the how many other people nearby are using the WiFi - so during busy poolside activities for example you'll likely have a slower connection than say very early morning at a quieter spot on the ship.

The location matters a lot less than the number of users overall.
