Seattle - taxi cost?

Around 50 bucks on the meter.  Uber will be a bit cheaper, or you can take a town car (some stationed at the taxi rank in the main garage or others available at the bag claim exit if you use one of the courtesy phones) for around $60.

While it would be possible to walk to Pier 66 (NCL) from Westlake Station, you would still need to take a bus, taxi or Uber from Westlake Station to Pier 91 (PCL).

 

I agree with Gardyloo's transportation recommendation from SeaTac.
