Dining hours

Just booked a cruise on Holland America. Does anyone know the dining hours? Our reservation says 7:15 for late seating.Is that correct? Most of our cruises the late seating is closer to 8pm. I'm hoping it is correct because 7:15 is a perfect hour to dine!

I’ve never seen late aka Main dining set for that time before.

 

It’s normally 7:45 or 8 PM in my experience.

Maybe they are taking a bit of  British dining concept     8 for 8:30         so  7;15  for 7:45 seems rational
