From Ft. Lauderdale Airport to Miami Airport

We are taking a transatlantic cruise out of Barcelona. We are flying into Ft. Lauderdale because of our cost of flying into Miami.

We need transportation from Ft. Lauderdale Airport to Miami Airport  Any suggestion would be helpful .

I am a bit confused. You are flying into Ft. Lauderdale and then flying out of Miami the same day to get to Barcelona? 

 

Different airlines and different tickets? 

 

Uber/Lyft is the only suggestion I have. I would not want to deal with the luggage and time for Tri-Rail to save $25.

Uber/Lift will be about $35-40, taxi about $75+ on the meter, or Tri Rail for about $5 each.
