Suite Information - Pride of America

We will be sailing on Pride of America in July in an SG Suite.  Could someone tell men what the butler service consists of?  Also, I read that we can eat breakfast at Cagney's for breakfast and lunch.  If two other family members are staying in a balcony suite, I'm think that they cannot join us.  Is that correct?  Thanks for any help with suites!😀

Butler service is the same as other NCL ships.  They'll bring afternoon snacks, take care of coffee machine and such.

You do get lunch and breakfast in Cagney's but unlike other NCL ships you can't order it to your room although there is a separate room service menu.  No, they can't join you.  Cagney's on POA is one of the busiest I've seen and I doubt they'd make an exception.

We just disembarked and were in an Owner's Suite (SC). It doesn't hurt to ask the butler or concierge about the 2 other family members dining with you. However there are so many dining options + room service, we only ate at Cagney's for breakfast/lunch once during the entire cruise. We found the food at the buffet to be very good, and seating at the outside back patio of the ship to be quiet and relaxing.

The butler surprised us with afternoon cheeses or chocolates, taking our complimentary wine to dinner, and priority tendering and disembarkation. Also concierge escorted us to priority seating at the shows in the Hollywood Theater.
