jmb4534 Posted April 6, 2019 #1 Share Posted April 6, 2019 We just received a small "Future Cruise Credit" from RCCL because of some issues we had on our last cruise. Does anyone know if the credit can be applied to the final payment of a cruise we already have booked for October? Or, does it have to be used on a new booking? Thanks in advance for any replies. Rare twangster Posted April 6, 2019 #4 Share Posted April 6, 2019 Keep detailed notes. If something happens and you need to cancel or they cancel the cruise for some reason it can be hard to follow the paper trail of FCC. For example, today I went to upgrade a cruise. I had applied an FCC to it. They started pricing my upgrade as if I only paid the amount after the FCC had been deducted. I had to argue that FCC is a form of payment, my cruise is really the full amount before the FCC was applied. They eventually came around and priced the upgrade properly but without detailed notes it's easy to lose track of calculations.
