Currency in casino on Mediterranean cruise

We will be on Oasis of the Seas sailing out of Barcelona. Strange question but, what currency do they use in the onboard casino in the Mediterranean?  I was planning to take US currency but wondered if I should get euros instead? I know I need euros at shore.

We did a cruise in June 2013 and it was USA dollars

Royal uses USD on all ships no matter where they are cruising.
