Perhaps you should contact the Special Needs department at Celebrity directly.

You may be able to arrange having the unsweetened almond milk available to you on your cruise.

It does not seem to be a generally stocked item for a cruise ship,but one particular to those following a certain nutrition plan who happen to be sailing on a particular cruise.

Yes they have it a Cafe al Bacio and in the buffet. You can probably get in the main dining room by use asking. Lots of people are dairy free not just Keto.
