Ketchikan, Sitka, ISP, Juneau, Skagway, Victoria - What are your favorite stores?

I've been seeing a lot of posts on what souvenirs to buy in Alaska, but I haven't seen too many that mention specific stores. Out of those ports I mentioned, what was your favorite store and why? I've been looking on tripadvisor to see the most popular stores, but would like some recommendations from those on this forum. Thanks in advance!

Victoria: Rogers Chocolates, 913 Government Street. There are other locations, including some in Vancouver, but this is the historic store. (If your ship will be at Victoria only in the evening, note that they close at 7:00 p.m.)
