I read somewhere that you can access this dining if you stay in a Junior suite.

 

It’s does seems not to be an option anymore?

Only on ships that have them , space available.

I believe jr suite can use coastal kitchen for dinner only if available.

Yes JS can only access for dinner , and only the oasis style ships and newer have CK. You can try to get reservations when you board, if your in a full suite concierge can do it before you board .

We were in a Junior Suite on Anthem in Feb. 2018. It was dinner only, but we never had a problem on the 8 nites we chose to dine there. Hoping to enjoy again next Janurary.
