San Juan Early Morning Arrival

We are sailing on the Summit departing on Nov 6, 2019 from San Juan @ 8:30pm.  We normally try to fly in early, but due to prior commitments we are currently scheduled to fly in with ChoiceAir on departure date arriving @ 1:30pm.  There is a flight that gets us to San Juan @ 1:00am that we can switch to that we are considering.  Has anyone ever arrived in the early morning?  Besides the obvious of getting a hotel room for the few hours, is there any other options of where we can wait until boarding?  (We usually board as soon as possible.)

Boarding in San Juan doesn't usually start until 11am and they don't have the terminal building open prior to that time so that option is out.
