How to edit post

Recommended Posts

You can only edit or delete your post for about 20 minutes after posting.  After that the edit button disappears.  After that if you want it removed, you have to contact a moderator or ask someone to 'report post' and ask for it to be removed.  I don't think you can report your own post.  EM

Can My Post Be Edited Please?

Posts will ONLY be edited if they contain personal information. Note that we have provided a reasonable period of time in which to edit your postings. Please include a LINK (web address) to the posting and send to help@cruisecritic.com from your e-mail address of record on your Cruise Critic account.

We will need the link to the thread/posting to be able to provide the above service.

Note this is from the old vBulletin system & may not come up correctly. Just as the current Cruise Critic Countdown Clocks from vBulletin are not showing up at this time. Note the one in my signature at this time.

That-Guy,

I looked at your previous posts and saw where you had started a Roll Call thread and then posted again about it being for the wrong sail date. As Essiesmom mentions above, I used the Report Post function in your first post on the Roll Call thread to send an e-mail requesting the thread be deleted. Just posting your request to a Moderator on the Roll Call thread as you did will not "git 'er done".

Hope this will be satisfactory!
