Taxi tour after 1pm

We will have a excursion with the ship and after would like to get a taxi at the port to do a short island tour.  Are taxi's available approximately 1pm for a 1 1/2 hr tour?  Is that enough time to go to Timothy Hill for photos?

There should be time to see some more of the island. Timothy Hill is only about 15 min or less from the port area.

Thanks are there taxi's right at the port all day?

You can always find a taxi at the taxi stand in the Circus in town if there are few at the port area.
