Coming from MSC

Hello.  I'm looking at giving the Haven a try after coming from MSC Yacht Club.  I had acouple of questions.

 

1) does NCL do any status matching?

2) Is the alcohol package ship wide or just the haven

3) Is there anyone who has done both that can comment on the service levels?

2. Ship wide and on one of NCL's islands (GSC)

3. Service (Haven vs Yacht Club) is excellent for both but different. MSC butlers are more useful and more available. Not just "your" butler will serve you on MSC. NCL's concierge service is better/more effective.

 

A big part of "going Haven" is that the experience can vary based on which ship you are sailing.
