whateverkimme Posted May 30, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2019 Can anyone offer any tips for the Perfect Day stop? We will be there over Thanksgiving 2019 with 2 adults and 15 and 11 year old girls. We like to keep busy, but aren't so adventurous that we skydive or climb the 7 summits. lol. We see there are lots of excursions, but there also seem to be lots of open beach to explore. We won't be hitting the water park because we have season passes to our local water park... but other than that, any tips or suggestion for the best experience would be appreciated. barbeyg Posted May 30, 2019 #2 Share Posted May 30, 2019 (edited) We enjoyed the morning at the pool, which has lots of loungers (and umbrellas) for free. Swim up bar, lots of waiters. We ate at the pavilion near Capt Jack's, and the food was surprisingly very good. We spent a bit of time at Capt Jacks (the singalong bar), and didn't spend a penny for anything except drinks. There are swimming areas on the different beaches you can go to as well. We were pleasantly surprised at how really nice it was for the freebies. There's a long thread with extensive information about Coco Cay here: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2660991-just-back-from-perfect-day-at-coco-cay/
