A GOOD PLACE FOR LUNCH

My DW and I will be in Dominica on a cruise stop next February.  

 

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good place to go for lunch in Rouseau?

The word "Good" is subjective, as every person will have their own interpretation.

 

If you want a fun place then take a look at Hi Rise Beach Bar.  It's an upper level beach bar complete with sand on the floor just a short walk from the ship.  Drinks are good, ask for a shot of Bush Rum as a beer chaser.  Food is okay and tastey, and could be what you are looking for.

 

There are other places, but they are not as quirky or fun.   Other places allegedly restaurants are in fact shall bars that can be packed and noisy with indifferent food.
