Mahogany Posted June 30, 2019 #1 Share Posted June 30, 2019 I'm scheduled on Mariner in October and read that the restaurant Chartreuse was expected to debut on Mariner in April. Anyone know if it's there yet?
Hambagahle Posted June 30, 2019 #2 Share Posted June 30, 2019 Mariner always had Signatures and that was replaced by Chartreuse some time ago. Look at the Regent website for menus etc.

Hambagahle Posted June 30, 2019 #4 Share Posted June 30, 2019 I have no idea why.
Portolan Posted June 30, 2019 #5 Share Posted June 30, 2019 (edited) Not sure where you found the debut in April 2019? Under the ships option on the Regent main page, and then dining on Mariner I don't see any such annotation. If it had just said April and was buried somewhere on the site, I'd guess it was an overlooked artifact but, as Hambagahle states above, it's been on the Mariner for many years now. flossie009 Posted June 30, 2019 #6 Share Posted June 30, 2019 The Signatures restaurant on Seven Seas Mariner was converted to Chartreuse in April 2018 during the dry dock refurbishment. A sample menu may be found on the Regent website. The venue is very good and has some tasty dishes on offer; albeit we preferred the Signatures menus. Mahogany Posted June 30, 2019 Author #7 Share Posted June 30, 2019 Thanks all. On Explorer last year, Chartreuse was one of my favorite restaurants, and especially Jeanne the maitre'd.
