We booked business flights with Air plus for our cruise concluded in June. We booked in last August. I don't recall what the air offer was at the time, but our round trip air fare was $4,200 pp, and this was much better than we could do ourselves (or our TA) at that time. We had confirmed seats on Delta by the end of September. When it's time to pay the remaining amount due to Viking, we like to have everything set, which is not possible if final payment is due one year out.

- Can one every use Viking for Biz Class? If you mean do they offer a biz promo? I saw it as an add on to a  River Cruise in the past but it’s never been a promo for ocean cruises that I’ve seen. 

- If one books a Viking Ocean Cruise initially (as a placeholder) while onboard a VOC, then late wants to add the Viking Air, can that be done?  Or do you have to commit to Viking Air and/or Viking Air Plus immediately when you first book the cruise? I don’t know.
