hpugirl27 Posted July 5, 2019 #1 Share Posted July 5, 2019 I'm touring the Ecstasy in Jacksonville tomorrow and figured I'd ask if anyone has an upcoming trip that they might want pictures of certain areas or if you had any questions about the ship? I'll try and find out for you and post back here after!

Bostwick girl Posted July 6, 2019 #4 Share Posted July 6, 2019 I'd like to see some pix of the balcony rooms that were added in the last drydock. Will make the difference for me in booking a cruise on her or not. The balcony rooms that were added to Elation were so small they didn't even have a chair to sit on! Had to bring one in from the balcony. Thanks.
CheersPkg4Us Posted July 7, 2019 #5 Share Posted July 7, 2019 We would like to see a pic or 2 of where the Alchemy bar is located. Our last cruise on the Ecstacy did not have one at the time of our sailing.

I wasn't able to actually go on the cruise, just a tour of the ship, so unfortunately I don't have pictures of the different ports or what was done there. The drydock is happening October 5th and will just be routine maintenance and minor cosmetic touch ups. As for the tour, I'm a travel agent and we have a chance to go on ship inspections (tours) when days become available. I looked at a few balcony rooms and they all had the sofa/bed, but I didn't really pay attention to if there was a chair at the desk....or if they were rooms that were added recently. All the ones I saw were typical size of balcony rooms. On 7/7/2019 at 12:19 AM, CheersPkg4Us said: We would like to see a pic or 2 of where the Alchemy bar is located. I am in the process of writing a blog post with my pictures from the ship tour that should be up today or tomorrow. The Alchemy was located on deck 9 right outside the Starlight Lounge (where they do the comedy shows) 6 minutes ago, indygirl76 said: My question as well! I'll be on board in November. shepink72 Posted July 11, 2019 #11 Share Posted July 11, 2019 Just got off the ship today since Saturday. Everything was ok except the food. It was the worst I have ever had. 13th cruise. The deli and the tacos were our only saving grace. Guys burgers are overly greasy and pizza was just ok. Any questions ask away.
Baddabing Posted July 12, 2019 #12 Share Posted July 12, 2019 Just booked a last minute cruise, I was hopeful that food would be better than ok. Going out in 2 weeks.

Going out in 2 weeks. Just got back yesterday from the 7/11 sailing. We enjoyed Blue Iguana and the deli. Pizza wasn't great. The MDR food was hit or miss. First night in MDR was amazing. 2nd night was closer to average. Last night we got filet mignon from steakhouse selections and it was tender and cooked perfectly but under seasoned. We had better food overall on the Elation in May. I hope to post a full review this week, so will have some input before your cruise. Let me know if any other questions.

Rare Cruisegirl6 Posted August 10, 2019 #15 Share Posted August 10, 2019 Thankyou. I was curious, are the stateroom bathroom and rooms clean and ok? How was the casino, any fun slot machines to play? Did you see alot of rust areas and sewage smells as people have reported in the past? Did you find the selection of alcohol to get less, we thought so this past may when we were on the Breeze and in February when we were on the Elation....maybe a fragment of my imagination??
