Dinner table assignments

We are sailing on Pride with a group (14), next weekend.  We are in 5 different cabins, but all chose early dining. Is it possible to get a dinner table for all of us?  How do we do that if so?

If you are working with a PVP or travel agent, contact them to link your booking numbers.  However, I believe your party will still be split into a couple tables - I don't think they have a 14-person table.

We travel with 13 my last cruise, 11 of us had late dinning & were at the same table.  We also had a travel agent handle our cruise arrangements.

I am travelling with family over 3 rooms for my parents anniversary cruise and I was able to link our rooms together for dining without a travel agent. I called carnival directly and had to provide the Booking number and pin # as well as names of the people under that booking in order to link us together.  I had heard some people say they needed birthdates to confirm, and while I had those, the person I spoke with didn't ask for them. 

 

One note, if you book your cruise directly on the Carnival website, like we did, it doesn't prompt for a pin at time of booking. I had to have each party call Carnival to set a pin before I was able to link our bookings together.

Call the cruise line or your travel agent. The cruise line will usually do their best to accommodate you, even if it requires 2 tables for a large group.

One year we had 12 of us traveling together.   We linked out cabins - and they gave us two 6-person tables, side by side.  That worked perfect for us.

We had 14 of us on a cruise and they gave us two round tables next to each other.  One for the 8 adults and one for the 6 kids. It worked out great and the kids got to have their own conversations,  order their own meals,  and color while the adults had their own table. The waitstaff made the kids laugh, danced with them,  and really catered to them. It made for an enjoyable dining experience for sure!:)
