HAL VIP Baggage Delivery to Stateroom

Trying to  sign up for this service at FLL. Even though we are arriving the day before our cruise, and want our  bags transferred to the  ship the next day, which is a service they provide, their reservation site won't let me sign up because it says 4:30 p.m. is arriving too late. Anybody have suggestions or similar experiences?

You need to be onboard before the muster drill. Even though the ship may be leaving port at 5, there are things that need to be done onboard before that.  I suggest trying to be on board before 3 p.m.

I suspect the staff that provides this service has a limited working day and goes off duty about the time the last bags for the current day arrive at the airport.

 

I suspect also that you are stuck taking them to your hotel unless you use somebody like Luggage Forward to pick them up at your home and take care of them completely.
