Wildlife photography other than Alaska

What cruises do people recommend where the wildlife photography opportunities (via excursions) are as varied as those in Alaska?

The only thing I can think of would be a cruise to Antarctica on the National Geographic Orion or Explorer or possibly Quark Expeditions.

We did a Greenland cruise with Quark two years ago.  We were lucky and saw 10 polar bears. I’ve since heard there are greater odds doing the Spitzbergen cruise with them.

 

Another great wildlife opportunity was on an excursion out of Prince Rupert, BC.  It was an all day trip up to the Khutzeymateen Grizzly Bear Sanctuary.  We saw the bears in the wild and they fed eagles so they were up close in flight.  I didn’t catch a good one in flight but I’ve attached it just to show you how close they were.

The Galapagos Islands.  Lots of close-up opportunities when you visit land.  And sea lions and turtles played with us when we were snorkeling.
