'Proper' yacht cruising.

After a few years cruising we have just had a land based holiday in Sorrento.  Great for yacht spotting and seeing what cruising can really be about.

Seven Seas, Azamara and Silversea were all day visitors with their smaller ships, but even they were run of the mill.

On a trip to Positano there was a very elegant yacht moored just offshore.  Looking in similar vein to the Royal Yacht Britannia it stuck out from the crowd of 'plastic bling' yachts.

Binoculars and a good zoom lens on the camera saw the name 'Christian O' on the stern.  Ex yacht of Onassis.  It looks  stunning and a snip at about $700,000 a week for you and 33 friends!
