Sushi on Carnival Legend

I saw someone post the sushi menu and the prices aren't half bad.  Just wondering if it's any good.

My husband and I had the sushi multiple times on the Legend, it was really good and we didn't mind the price at all.

I haven't had it on the Legend but on my last cruise on the Breeze we ate at bonsai sushi for dinner twice

We have had sushi on several Carnival ships and it has been surprisingly very good on every ship.

What about the little sushi stand on Victory?  Is it pre-made or will they make to order?  Can it be customized?
