Substituting cabin bonus

I’m sailing on The Harmony of the Seas and have a Central Park Balcony. Our  cabin comes with a bottle of wine, Lunch for 2 at Jamie’s and gaming lessons. Due to medical reasons my mom and I don’t drink, we aren’t gamblers and aren’t interested in eating at Jamies. Instead of those 3 bonuses we would love to just have the Soda package. I called RC and they said no, can’t change it. Do you think if I went to customer service when I get on board they would be willing to make the change?

We were told no substitutions when we sailed in a boardwalk balcony.  Numerous reports here of no substitutions being allowed.
