Cruise History

Can you please tell me how to access my cruise History.  I can find mariner benefits but not my History. Keep forgetting to ask my PCC. Thanks

Its all there if you have a HAL account.

Go to the HAL website - www.hollandamerica.com

 

Go to Log In/Register (Register and get a user name and pw if you don't already have an account)

 

Log in

 

Click on your name which will get you 'My Account'

 

Click on 'My Mariner Status'

 

Your cruise history starts at the bottom of the page

OK, got into " my account" screen.  Inly see " my details" with personal information  and my bookings.  Can't find mariner status on screen. What am I doing wrong?

Ok click on my account like you did which will show below your personal info. So up where you see my details swipe your thumb from right to left and guess what up comes my bookings swipe again to mariner status and it will be there! You just need to swipe the page.

To access it on my desk computer, the only way I know how (since they "improved" (haha) the website) is to click on my name once I have logged in, and it takes me to My Account with personal details, and 3 sub-headings:  My Details; My Bookings; My Mariner Status.  Click on that and voila, all is revealed, LOL.
