We are home from our cruise and the laundry service was terrific.  Everything came back beautiful and on a hanger.  We submitted items throughout the cruise and always got them back the next day.  I highly recommend it.  If you front load with a stay elsewhere at the beginning and add days on at the end somewhere, the laundry package is the best deal around.  It allowed us to pack light and travel by train and metro.
