Cruise credit

I just redeemed some Points from my Royal Caribbean credit card for on board cruise credit for my upcoming Celebrity cruise.  My question is does it automatically go to your on board account or do I have to submit my email receipt to Celebrity.  My confirmation number is listed on the receipt.

Did you plug in your cruise reservation number? Mine has always gone over automatically within a week or so.

It should be applied automatically, but tuck the paperwork into your document folder and bring it with you anyway just in case.

I didn't realize these showed up in the cruise planner,  but I just checked and my $100  is there. Why would this show up as if it is from the cruise line and thus non-refundable? I know these points ARE refundable, so I don't understand them showing up in the cruise planner.
