Alaska Cruise Inside Passage with Glacier Bay

Does anyone know which side of the ship (Star Princess) is best for this cruise?  Thanks.

I think either side is good as they turn the ship around.  However, we were on the port side this last time up to Alaska (with Glacier Bay) and I think our view was phenomenal.  We woke up early to get out on our balcony and saw so much gorgeous scenery and even saw whales out by the little islands in the inside passage.  Not sure what the other side of the ship saw but I don't see how it could have been any better ... IMO.

Just off Island Princess and would have preferred the starboard side as I heard they saw more sea-life (aka whales) than those of us on the port side.  Though the port side had a better view in Glacier Bay.

For NB - starboard is supposedly best. For SB, Port. RT - doesn't matter.

 

IMO- it doesn't matter. I have done B2B and don't notice a difference. 

 

For glacier days - be out on deck for best views.
