pulmonias with a toddler?

How safe are these? We are going to PV, Cabo and Mazatlan on NCL Bliss on October 6.  I'm trying to find things to do and how to get there with a toddler (she's 2.5)- as most of the excursions are for older kids.  We were not planning on bringing a car seat on the ship, but we are very concerned about safety.  Do they have their own lane like a bike lane or are there cars going right next to you on them? Any input on this would be great.

No special lanes for pulmonias, they share the road with other traffic.

You will need to hold your toddler on your lap.

A cab might be better, but donot expect childseats in them.

Hi,

The pulmonias are only in Mazatlan. I have not seen them in the other cities you've mentioned.

Taxis in Mexico don't have car seats for children . Taxis here in the USA don't have them either.

Many families who go to Mazatlan just take the short water taxi ride to Stone Island for the day where there is beach, restaurants, and other activities.

You can walk to the water taxi dock from the cruise port in Mazatlan.

IF you prefer I imagine there is an excursion that goes there too.

Riff is right, there are ship excursions that go to Stone Island.  But I have never taken one, and I don't see the purpose of using a shore excursion for this.  It is a short walk (or a short ride in a golf cart) to the water taxi/ferry to Stone Island.

There are numerous discussions on this Forum about how to go, including maps.
