Casino Royale special

Recommended Posts

This week I received a Casino Royale special both in the mail & email. It's offering $100 free play or to put against their "deeply discounted rates". I see nothing that says new bookings only, just book by October 31 & sail by April 30th. I booked a cruise in August sailing in March. Does anyone know if I can have these discounts applied to my current booking? TIA.

Call Casino Royale and ask.  If you get the Jamaica or Guatemala call center, keep calling back until you reach someone in Oregon.  They’re the only group that you can trust.  The offshore groups often give bad information or haven’t got a clue of how to help.

I got this also and agree there's no "new bookings only" clause I could find. I already booked a cruise through the Casino Royale so not sure if it would be double dipping but this APPEARS to be a separate "bonus".  So if you call and get the info, could you come back and let us know? (Save me from doing it ... 😄 ) Also every time I've called Casino Royale I've always gotten someone in the US.  I guess I've been lucky.

I know that you cannot use 2 casino offers on the same cruise, but you can use one and a spouse can use one.  For example, we booked a free casino cruise under my husband's casino offer and I was able to use "free play" that I was given.

DH and I also combine offers on the same booking. Found out the two of us can combine our annual free cruises for one cruise in a higher class cabin if we want.
