elaineb Posted October 11, 2019 #1 Share Posted October 11, 2019 Hi All - In April, I had purchased an interior stateroom for a cruise with my DH on the Equinox next October. It was with a non-refundable deposit. I am thinking I want to upgrade to a balcony. Do I loose the deposit? I have read all the rules, but still can't figure this out. Maybe a $100 charge for each person? Please help! Thank you!
dutchclogs Posted October 11, 2019 #2 Share Posted October 11, 2019 No charge if same ship, same sailing. But you may not retain the same promotional 'perks'.

I didn't add on any of the perks. I am thinking of doing this without telling hubby. We had our first balcony in March on the Summit, and he was over the moon. I keep picturing his face when he sees a balcony room. That in itself would be worth it.
