Enough time to disembark, catch flight and board in one day??

We are looking at a Silversea cruise in Jan/Feb 2021 and also a Regent cruise. Silversea arrives in San Juan at 7am we will then need to disembark, collect luggage and get to airport to fly to Miami and be there in time for Regent departure at 5pm On the same day.

Is this possible to do? We have to book cruises now but flights will not be available to book until next February?

Thanks

Possible yes.... Risky.... way too

IME of US travel in winter flights can be very delayed orcancelled if there is a weather event.  Even though Florida etc are warm if the metal is coming from somewhere cold it could well be held up...

I wouldn't do it,  but I also try to arrive the day before a cruise to minimise flight issues
