cruzin Phillis Posted October 19, 2019 Author #76 Share Posted October 19, 2019 Dinner again was in the dining room tonight. I have to say dinner tonight was amazing. We would on deck 3: The funnel decided to grace with an evening view: Tonight Menus: The crabcakes were cook perfectly. Flaky and season to taste. Tonight I was adventurous and had 3 entrees: Grilled shrimp, Filet mignon, and the Spanakopita. Yes, I ate all three and washed it down with my 3 prosecco I had come to enjoy nightly. Dessert was the Grand Marnier and the Amaretto cake. And yes... again. Forgot the pics... I will redeem myself. After dinner. I decided to spend time with the boys. We ordered a movie in room along with ice cream and called it a night.

Joe817 Posted October 19, 2019 #78 Share Posted October 19, 2019 Fantastic review! Thanks for sharing! You do an outstanding job of reviewing your cruise. Was that a Dairy Queen I saw in your stop in Montego Bay? The "Texas Stop Sign" Lol. I might have to stop in there when we go and get an Oreo Blizzard. 😋

Actually it was in the Caymans. We got a small blizzard to try and it was good for Dairy Queen on the island. Cost us 3 American dollars. Burger king and KFC was in Montego. cruzin Phillis Posted October 19, 2019 Author #87 Share Posted October 19, 2019 A word about the cruise director: Her name was Kenydall Fyre. Didn't really see her much around the ship except when she was hosting games. I found her to do alot of activities around the 80's and 50's theme. Figured she liked that era as she also tailored her clothing to 80's or 50's theme as well. I dont cruise based on the directors but she seemed fun and was really good with the jokes. The only issues I had was when she would make announcements to page a guess in the middle of the night that in the state rooms. Other than that, overall she was a good cruise director. cruzin Phillis Posted October 20, 2019 Author #92 Share Posted October 20, 2019 Day 6-Cozumel I enjoy coming to this port. We have visited 6 times. We rented vehicles, visited Mr. Sanchos, did an ATV excursion, and local city tour. One thing I will admit about Cozumel is that we always felt safe when we ventured out. The locals are friendly and everything is in close proximity. Here are the fun times: Your Morning funnel which would stay the same today: Paradise following us in. Hey, the Conquest is here as well. Norwegian was dock in a different area: Us docking and being secured to the docks: I found out when leaving the ship that the Freedom was there as well. So we were four ships deep on this island!!!! cruzin Phillis Posted October 20, 2019 Author #93 Share Posted October 20, 2019 We waited for the crowds to debark. We had a very leisurely breakfast. This port is the easiest in my opinion to come and go as you please. I came and left about 4 times. It was simple. We just walked through the port areas and shops and converse with the locals and other cruise passengers. See you soon vista Conquest and freedom docked: Paradise docked: Here are some shops and restaurants: Another great part about this port is getting a taxi. The prices are regulated and you have no problem getting one in port or when your out in the city. cruzin Phillis Posted October 20, 2019 Author #94 Share Posted October 20, 2019 After going and coming. We finally decided to call it a day. You know what was happening b/w 2:30pm and 4:30 pm.... HAPPY HOUR IN THE PUB!!!! Those fish bowls were half of and the hubby finally decided to get one!!!. Now there were several happy hour events in the Pub but he finally decided this would be the day!!! In order to get this particular drink, you would have to let hold your sail and sign card. I was informed that it was due to people not returning the bowls. It must have been true because they ran out of bowls and started using pitchers. Unfortunately they found a bowl for us: Here is the menu and here is the drink... THE drink Now this drink is call the Caribbean long island. This drink has 4 cups of diffrent types alcohol. Yes... she measured in cups, not milliliter, not ounces, but 1 cup of liquor x 4.
