Sailing Trip - Less than 15 people

Most snorkeling excursions are on catamarans which can be 31 ft or longer.  Larger cats hold more and need more people to make it cost effective to go out. Look at the excursion descriptions and reviews. If the description holds UP TO 15, you'll probably have fewer than 15.  If the description says 15 minimum, you'll have more that 15.  If any review for any cat over 40 ft, says something like "we had 17 on board", don't book that one.

There are "private" day sailers available on the island, but they usually cost around $1000 and up.
