Quest bedside/desk outlet photo?

I found this photo for the outlets on the Ovation.  Is this what the setup looks like beside on the Quest too??

I was last on the Quest for the South Georgia run two years ago.  The sockets are not as convenient as they are on the Ovation.  In fact, the socket is on the floor below the desk so I brought with me an extension lead with four sockets which gave me all the juice I needed for my cameras and MacBook.  You would be wise to bring something like that with you.

I’m afraid Fletcher’s information is a bit out of date. Having just spent 36 nights on the Quest this summer I can confirm to the OP that there are now USB outlets adjacent to the bed. This improvement was completed during the most recent drydock.

Thank you very much.  Are there USB outlet(s) and regular outlets at the desk as well?  I have a multi-port USB thingy that I can bring.

I don't ever have any use for USB ports, just regular electrical sockets!

I don’t recall an outlet directly by the table. I did not look on the floor below the table as I either use the outlets by the bed, on the dressing table or in the back of the cabinet above the mini frig.

Thanks, Chairsin, for the update about bedside sockets.  I don't own a mobile phone which I guess is what the USB things are for.  But I do take a laptop for writing stuff for CC and also for processing pictures as well as three cameras between us.  So I use the desk for all this and there wasn't (isn't) a socket at desk level so I ran my extension lead up from the floor socket.  BTW, the Seabourn Square didn't (doesn't) have many convenient sockets . . . 

 

I rate sockets well above food in importance on cruise ships.  😉

Too funny! I won’t ask where sockets rate vis a vis “adult beverages.” 

 

I use the USB outlet by the bed to charge my iPad as I bring that instead of a laptop. And thanks to being on winning Trivia teams, for others devices now I bring this little gadget instead of a bag full of various plug adapters.
