Distilled Water Availability?

We have close friends who are considering Regent and they both use CPAP machines. Wondering if distilled water is readily available for this purpose?

We needed some for a sinus treatment and we just asked butler and it appeared in suite.

Yes.  No problem at all.  We both have CPAP's and we had no problem getting distilled water.  We did have a butler so we put it on our preference sheet and it was waiting for us.  But I imagine that the cabin steward will get it for you.

One thing you might want to do is bring a 500ml bottle of distilled with you in your checked bag.  That way, you are covered for the first night onboard, just in case there is a hiccup in getting the water to your room.  I just use a bottle from drinking water, empty it out, rip the label off (so I know it's the distilled), and put in a zip-lock bag.  Then into the middle of the suitcase.  Easy.

I order it prior to the cruise and it is in the cabin when we arrive. I have been on a couple of other lines and did the same and there was an additional charge on those cruise lines

How do you order this kind of thing ahead of time?  Is there somewhere on your online booking or do you have to go through your TA or call RSSC directly?

I have had the TA order and I have also called the cruise line direct.
