Unlimited Dining Package reservation question

I have purchased the Ultimate Dining Package.  If I wanted to hold reservations for certain day/times could I book and then be refunded on the ship?

I doubt it.  The reason you are given a lower price for the dining package is to fill in openings not taken by those paying full price.  You are trying to game the system.

We were not trying to game the system but we have done it on the last three cruises.  Our Wedding Anniversary always falls mid cruise on Transaltantics.  We pay full price for the time and day we want and then book the same time and night using a package night as soon as we board.  Refund is a refundable OBC.  There has never been a question as to why we are changing.  I actually never thought of it as anything more then getting the time we wanted.

If you are somehow making a pre-cruise reservation for a dining package, then that is gaming the system.
