"Drinks on us" along with Cheers?

My DH has a drinks on us offer for casino. I do not. In regards to the 15 drink limit with Cheers, how does that work with drinks on us? Two separate entities or is it 15 combined? So if we get on the ship by 12ish and we have cheers, can we start ordering drinks on cheers at that time? Also as far as days go, are the drinks calculated from midnight to midnight.  Meaning if we are in casino or  one of the clubs after midnight do those drinks go toward the next day limit? Lastly, if you tip the casino servers well and I am playing side by side with DH will they get both of us libation? Sorry for all the questions. This would be our 1st time purchasing cheers.

Not sure about combining the number of drinks. I can tell you the Cheers package calculates from 6 AM - 6 AM.

Usually the Drinks On Us is good for the person who received the offer and a traveling companion - you both must be gambling I believe.

The 15 limits is combined so if you have cheers you can't do 14 drinks with cheers then do another 13 drinks with drinks on us. I understand the casino only wanting to give out free drinks in the casino but if the point is to get you in the "Gambling spirit" I'd probably get in that mood a lot faster if they let me drink on the lido deck all afternoon.

The DOU and cheers drinks are combined.   15 drinks total per day (not 30)

Drinks are from 6am to 6 am 24 hours.

But DOU are only used in the casino while playing. Cheers is good anywhere on the ship.

Just to clarify...  My experience has been the drinks on us card (good only when gambling in the casino) does, indeed, have the same 14 drink  limit as Cheers - and, as has been said, they are not totaled separately.  I have personally seen (as recently as 5 months ago), the casino host and manager explaining to a clearly inebriated slot player at about 11 PM at night that the player had reached their daily limit and would not be served any more drinks until the next day.  That person was very unhappy...at least that what I think the "words" coming out of their mouth were trying to convey...

I can also add that I've had a casino bar waiter tell me that I had "reached my limit" for the day ... and then continue to bring me drinks.  It certainly helps if you're not clearly drunk or obnoxious and you've been tipping the bar staff - just my personal experience.

Also, depending upon the casino offer, the spouse or traveling companion of the "drinks on us" card recipient may or may not get the DOU card upon boarding - the second person may have to gamble enough to qualify.  My personal experience has been that only I have been given the DOU card at boarding with most of my casino offers  (the spouse doesn't gamble much at all).

I've also reached my limit but them still bring me drinks in the casino. Maybe they just comp from a different account, I was on a run at the craps and bj tables both times this happened so I wasn't really paying much attention or questioning anything that was working out in my favour.

I wouldn't count on this happening to be honest.
