Ncl changed booking after final payment and added $760 bill

My parents booking has changed to the Dawn from a different departure port (nyc instead of Brooklyn) w/o any notice from NCL. Dining bookings all disappeared. Just checked payment summary (it is past final payment and they were paid in full) and ncl has added over $760 bill to sailing!

That sounds like something NCL would do. Hopefully it is a mistake and sorry you are having to deal with this. They missed out on college level Communications101. Hopefully, you'll hear something official soon.

most likely a glitch in the system when they rebook you. you should be price protected based on the price you paid for the star
