Website issues - messing with stock OBC?

I looked quickly through the posts, so please excuse me if it has been covered. I submitted our request back in November and had not received any conformation. Today I called Carnival and found out it had been approved in November with a conformation sent out. Never received an email. The conformation email they sent today says the OBC will not show on the cruise docs, but will be credited to the S&S cards. Took about 45 minutes to get it straightened out. For all who have not heard, call Carnival and ask for a conformation email.
