Yes.  The parking garage right across the street is Republic Parking.  I have used them a couple of times.

The Port of Seattle also has a parking garage across the street from the Bell Street Terminal (Pier 66).

Sometimes a hotel package is just as cheap, if not cheaper.  Overnight stay, shuttle service to the luggage drop-off,  shuttle pick-up after the cruise and parking for the duration of your cruise.
