Can I special order the "Five Senses" menu at Murano?

Looking forward to a return to Murano, where I'd like to consider the Five Senses option.  But, I'd rather not eat shellfish or pig products and the Five Senses menu leaves little option or no option for some courses, from what I see online.  Would they consider another option for one/some of the courses?  Anyone done that?

Suggest you stop at Murano when you board and ask.  Each ship and chef is different.

If you stop by on boarding and discuss and book a set day/time I am sure they would accommodate you with something you are happier with and wines that match. They may already have some planned alternatives which are vegetarian.

 

What they would find much harder is if you make a booking then on arrival want menu changes,
