Anyone stay in a Golden Princess Sun Deck Suite

Has anyone stayed in a suite on the Golden Princess Sun deck (15)?  Because this is the only grand class ship with cabins on the Sun deck, I cannot find much information about these cabins.  Any feedback would be appreciated.

They are not original to the ship they were installed in 2009 in an extensive drydock along with the other cabins on that deck. The Crown Grill was also added along with window suites on deck 6.

I know there are some thread/photos on these but the CC search function is worthless now.

Try a google search for those suite cabin numbers for some photos maybe.

We've stayed in S708 and loved it.  It's a quiet area with a fancy passageway.

 

There are 2 OV cabins with floor to ceiling windows.

 

Inside is typical suite with curtain - here is the balcony - nice size

Thank you Ferd Berfle.  It does look like a nice size balcony.  I also like that it is fully covered.  I considered a mini suite but I do not like the exposed balconies.  We were spoiled on the Grand in 2018.  We stayed in D736 which has a huge corner balcony .

Nice Cabin D736 just spent 26 night in that cabin on the Golden and have book the same cabin on the Sapphire later this year

and the suites on deck 15 are nice

We stayed in two of those suites in 2012. S706 and S708 I believe. They are fabulous and in a nice quiet, almost hidden area of the ship. The bathroom alone is worth the cost, not to mention the suite perks. If you can do it, go for it!

The few Emerald deck minis further aft are completely covered.

There are only 12 or so of them.
